In tied playoff matchups, the higher seed automatically advances.
Eliminated teams have rosters locked and may not make waiver claims or free agent acquisitions during the playoff period.
Applied in order:
For playoff matchups ending in ties: higher playoff seed advances.
Tiebreakers cannot be changed during the season and must be clearly defined before Week 1.
Each off-season, members vote on a punishment for the 12th-place team. It must be approved by a simple majority of all members.
The last place team must complete the punishment within the timeframe set by the vote. Failure may result in: first violation — forfeiture of vote on next year's punishment plus mandatory makeup punishment; second violation — expulsion from the league.
The last place finisher must provide adequate proof of completion as determined by league consensus. The Executive Committee verifies completion and may require additional evidence.

For major constitutional disputes, a league-wide vote may be called requiring a two-thirds majority.
All disputes and resolutions must be documented in writing and made available to members.
For urgent technical or platform issues, the Commissioner may make temporary adjustments with Executive Committee approval, subject to league ratification.
All amendments shall be dated, numbered, and distributed to all members. Previous versions are maintained for historical reference.

Official league communications shall be conducted through the Bad Hombres iMessage chat.
